Define my family

I have three kids, three wonderful kids (at least in pictures).

Ellasyn (Ellie) 3.5 years
Eric Dane (Dane) 18 months
Isabella (Izzy) 2 months

Do your calculations and that is 3 kids under the age of 4. By the way Eric (husband) and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary in 8 days. We have been busy in many ways that past 5 years.

We also have 3 dogs and 1 cat. They make me crazy, but who can't loves dogs that eat diapers, lick kids, take baby pacifiers? They are most helpful with cleaning up dinner after the kids, and that saves me a mop and bucket most nights. I will keep them around, for the cheap help.

Hello....lets introduce ourselves.....

Let me start with I LOVE animals, and my family loves to eat them. That is okay with me, I did eat animals most of my life and switched to a "friendly" diet a few years back. Not that my family is not friendly they just like to eat animals.

Okay enough of that. I love to write. This whole blog is about food, life, kids, husbands (I only have 1.....currently) and being a mom that is forward thinking and loves to cook. I need an outlet to vent and sometimes my husband is not a great ear. I love to talk and cook sharing receipes that I have made or discovered. Let me be very clear that I cook everything, from steak, ham, eggs, jicama, beets, kale, bananas, raw spaghetti, EVERYTHING. I just don't eat everything I make.
